Administrator - Part-time Caerphilly area


  • Administrator - Part Time

  • circa £11-£12 per hour dep on experience

  • Growing Engineering Business permanent role

  • Sage 50 experience would be ideal

  • Accounts experience

  • Processing Sales Orders received

  • Dispatching and invoicing

  • Liaising with Production

  • Customer liaison

  • Summarising shop floor hours worked to submit to the Accountant to complete Payroll

  • Thursday 8am – 5pm (1/2 hour lunch) and Friday 8am -1pm, 13.5 hours. Training in the initial weeks will need to be Monday – Wednesday. A high energy candidate is required who is experienced in sales order / invoice processing and someone who is happy to liaise with production, sometimes on technical queries.

  • Purchasing experience is desirable

  • Booking in deliveries onto Sage

  • Liaising with Overseas Parent Company for ordering, dispatching, invoicing their products

  • Assisting Accountant and MD with ad hoc tasks

Experience of Sage line 50 is highly desirable. The Company trades in 3 currencies, Sterling, Euro, and Dollar. Experience working with foreign currency is also highly desirable.
