As a New Business Executive, you will be highly skilled at uncovering a clients needs and generating leads for our qualified advisers. Your experience in sales isn't essential but your enthusiasm and positive outlook is. In return we offer full time support, flexible working hours and a competitive salary with commission.

· Basic salary £18k-£20k this is dependent on experience. In addition, there is a generous commission structure . Uncapped earning potential, realistic OTE £40k

Responsibilities of New Business Executive

· To make calls to our database of client to offer our services

· To deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth

· To assess client’s needs with thorough Fact Finding skills

· Build effective relationships with clients

· Identify and respond to all up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Working Hours– 39 hours per week
