Exceptional career opportunity for a motivated Process Engineer.
Work as part of a team of flexible Process Engineers and report to senior management. The role will require the candidate to review plant performance, collate and present data on their findings and recommend process / plant improvements to increase performance and reliability, as well as ensuring that the plant equipment is maintained in a timely and efficient manner. This is a challenging role but will provide an excellent development opportunity for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
Review plant performance and collate, analyse and present the data to management, in order to suggest and implement process improvements
Using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensure maintenance work is identified, requested and completed in a timely manner
Collate and record daily production data and compile weekly / monthly reports for Senior Management
Attend Management production meetings and actively participate in weekly production scheduling meetings
Manage chemical stock levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure chemicals are delivered on-time and are available for use when required. Complete monthly stock level checks and investigate reasons for deviations from standards
Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures are followed and standards are maintained, and action any issues that arise

Excellent data analysing skills and the ability to implement suggested improvements
Logical and ability to plan and execute plans in a methodical manner
Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn and develop
Conscientious, disciplined and able to work off their own initiative
Confident and resilient
Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
Qualifications/Experience
Degree / HNC in an engineering or science based discipline
Previous experience within a heavy industrial environment, preferably metals and/or chemicals
